 95% of our orders are getting out on time. However, Items that are going to some countries outside of the UK are in some cases still taking longer than normal, so please allow for some delays. We only use Royal Mail for all UK based mail as this has proven to be almost 99% successful. Our telephone order desk is open 9.30 to 5.30 weekdays and most Saturdays.
