We believe we take authenticity more seriously than any other retailer of signed products anywhere. So firstly we only select products from the very best independant dealers to display on this site. This means that every item has already been checked and verified as authentic before our own team check it again before it is offered to you here.

Every item is then issued with its own unique COA that both confirms its authenticity and confirms that if it is shown to be non authentic at any time in the future, you will be offered either a full refund, or similar product of the same value. Full details can be seen on our Unique Guarantee page.

I am afraid that we are not as yet Amazon! We are just a small company and we do not have robots to move stock around, or fully automatic tracking systems to keep you updated 24 hours a day. But we do however care about our customers and a real person will always answer the phone to help with any question, and we try to answer any emails within a few hours but only during normal working hours!

All items are always correctly packed for safe delivery to you, wherever they have to go. We can ship to almost every country in the world, and most items will be shipped within 24 hours of an order. Any item that may need special framing or mounting may take longer. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for most UK post and all items are sent tracked and insured. Overseas mail may be delivered by DHL or similar dependant on the location and size.

UK insured and signed for post is free on orders over £100.

Orders under £100 are £7.95 and are always sent tracked and signed for your security.

Orders for signed photos etc outside of the UK but within the EU are normally £14.95 and Rest of the World £18.95 but framed items can be more depending on the size and weight of the item and normally start at around £25, so we may need to quote you for any item to any country before dispatch.

Every Item comes with our Autographs.co.uk Certificate of Authenticity included. Every COA includes a numbered hologram with the matching numbered one attached to the item itself. The COA is an important document realting to the item and should always be kept safe.

Every COA is dated and signed by a director of the company and printed on high quality paper, and our full contact details including phone number is printed onto each one.
